/KASE, March 14, 2025/ – On March 13, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP (Shymkent) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

• KZ2P00013584 (1,000 tenge, 500.0 mln tenge; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 22.00 % per annum; 30/360), trading code – MFLGb9;
• KZ2P00013600 ($100, $1.0 mln; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360), trading code – MFLGb10;
• KZ2P00013618 ($100, $1.0 mln; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 10.00 % per annum; 30/360), trading code – MFLGb11.

The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later.

The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally.

More detailed information on the specified bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Board comes into effect.
