Agenda of the meeting:

1) report on the bank's performance for 2024;

2) approval of the consolidated and separate annual financial statements of the bank for 2024;

3) determination of the procedure for distributing the bank's net income for 2024;

4) on determining the audit organization to conduct the audit of the financial statements of the bank and its subsidiaries in 2025;

5) on the election of members of the bank's Board of Directors;
