/KASE, February 27, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC (KASE ticker – SKKZ) dated February 17, 2025, Y. Zhamaubaev was removed from the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of SWF Samruk- Kazyna JSC consists of six persons.
