/KASE, February 27, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Nurbank JSC (KASE ticker – NRBN) dated February 21, 2025, A. Frolov was elected as a member of the bank's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Nurbank JSC consists of three persons.
