/KASE, February 26, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Asker Munai Exploration JSC (KASE ticker – AMXP) dated February 20, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: A. Evstigneev;
• elected: Y. Tursynbaev, M. Kuzdibaev, V. Volkov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Asker Munai Exploration JSC consists of three persons.
