/KASE, February 21, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of February 24, 2025, trading in the following common shares and ETF securities on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty with settlement dates on or after March 3, 2025 will be suspended on KASE:

1) US55261F1049 (sector "KASE Global", MTB_KZ) of M&T Bank Corporation;

2) US4642874329 (KASE Global sector, TLT_KZ) of iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the record date for said securities will be March 3, 2025.

Trading in the specified securities on KASE will resume on March 5, 2025.
