/KASE, February 6, 2025/ – REIF "RETAM" JSC (KASE ticker – RETM) announces the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on January 31, 2025.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• on the payment of dividends on common shares for the third quarter of 2024 in the amount of 140,000 tenge per share for a total of 915,642,000 tenge;
• on additional payment of dividends on preferred shares for the third quarter of 2024 in the amount of 80,000 tenge per share for a total of 174,384,000 tenge.
