/KASE, January 28, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of BAST JSC (ticker KASE – BAST) dated January 24, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Sirazidtinov;
• elected: S. Fomichev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of BAST JSC consists of three people.
