/KASE, January 9, 2025/ – Following a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (KASE ticker – KZIK) dated December 24, 2024, K. Zhaumbaev was elected as Deputy Chairman of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC consists of five people.
