/KASE, January 5, 2025/ – Following a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Shubarkol Premium JSC (KASE ticker – SHUP) dated December 31, 2024, the following persons were excluded from the company's Board of Directors:

• N. Mezhen;
• D. Musraliev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol Premium JSC consists of three persons.
