/KASE, December 9, 2024/ – Karazhyra JSC (KASE ticker – KZHR) has announced decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on November 29, 2024.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's revised charter;
• to appoint Moore Kazakhstan LLP as the audit organization that will conduct the company's audit for 2024.

Decisions on a total of three agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
