/KASE, December 6, 2024/ – REIF "RETAM" JSC (KASE ticker – RETM) has announced decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on December 3, 2024.

The shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• on the payment of dividends on common shares for the second quarter of 2024 in the amount of 160,000 tenge per share for a total of 1,162,720,000 tenge;
• on additional payment of dividends on preferred shares for the second quarter of 2024 in the amount of 100,000 tenge per share for a total of 242,200,000 tenge.
