/KASE, October 8, 2024, re-sent due to the issuer providing updated information/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated October 3, 2024, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:

• E. Tanaev;
• A. Perevertaev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC consists of five people: E. Nadyrgaliev, A. Aituev, S. Tsoi, E. Tanaev, A. Perevertaev.
