/KASE, October 7, 2024/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 2, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Board of Directors:

• removed: Zh. Bekenov;
• elected: M. Shodieva; A. Nurushev.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Eurasian Bank JSC consists of five people: A. Mashkevich, Sh. Ibragimov, V. Repey, Zh. Bekenov, A. Nurushev.
