/KASE, October 4, 2024/ – AltynEx Company JSC (Aqtobe region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 26, 2024.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's financial statements for 2023;
• not to pay dividends for 2023.
