/KASE, 11.09.24/ – KMF Microfinance Organization JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that by the decision of the Board of Directors dated September 9, 2024, Shamshiyeva G.Zh. was elected as the Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors.

Considering the changes, the Board of Directors of KMF Microfinance Organization JSC consists of six people: Shamshiyeva G.Zh., Philipp Georg Pott, Andrew Pospielovsky, Joachim Bald, Olena Malynska, Constantine Tsereteli.
