/KASE, June 10, 2024/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (Almaty region), whose shares are listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 3, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: K. Nusipaliyev;
• elected: V. Yasnitskiy.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of AsiaAgroFood JSC consists of five persons: S. Ashenov, D. Alimbekov, A. Dyusekeshova, Y. Khalikova, V. Yasnitskiy.
