/KASE, June 4, 2024/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated June 1, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Zheng Junzhang;
• elected: Delatour Grace Fan.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Maten Petroleum JSC consists of three persons: Guo Yi, Wan Wei, Delatour Grace Fan.
