/KASE, May 13, 2024/ – "ShalkiyaZinc LTD" JSC (Qyzylorda region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 29, 2024, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

- removed: D. Mosendz;

- elected: A. Malgazhdarov.

Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of ShalkiyaZinc consists of four persons: B. Chirchikbayev, A. Malgazhdarov, A. Bugubayev, E. Magad.
