/KASE, March 28, 2024/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated March 19, 2024, the following composition of the corporation's Board of Directors was elected:

- E. Tabanov;

- B. Oral;

- A. Nigai;

- Franz Josef Kaiser;

- Manfred-Josef Kerr;

- Tan Levin.
