/KASE, February 20, 2024/ – Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" JSC (Aqtobe region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 7, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: N. Smagulov;
• elected: K. Kurmanova.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" JSC consists of four persons: K. Kurmanova, A. Khametov, D. Mukametbay, M. Abuov.
