/KASE, February 5, 2024/ – KoZhan JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 1, 2024, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: Wang Guohui;
• elected: Zhang Ding.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KoZhan JSC consists of three persons: Dai Xiaoping, Zhang Ding, Mu Longxin.
