/KASE, January 22, 2024/ – Aktobe Metalware Plant JSC (Khromtau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated January 9, 2024, S. Asanov was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Aktobe Metalware Plant JSC consists of three people: A. Koilybaev, A. Tashtitov, S. Asanov.
