/KASE, January 11, 2024/ – "ShalkiyaZinc LTD" JSC (Qyzylorda region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated December 29, 2023, D. Mosendz was elected to the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of ShalkiyaZinc consists of four persons: B. Chirchikbayev, A. Bugubayev, E. Magad, D. Mosendz.
