/KASE, July 4, 2023/ – MFO NIET Credit LLP (Shymkent), with its bonds officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed the KASE about a decision of the general meeting of participants dated June 30, 2023:

• to increase the authorized capital of the partnership up to 150.0 mln tenge through an additional contribution in the amount of 50.0 mln tenge.
