/KASE, April 13, 2023/ – YURTA Finance & Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 5, 2023 the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: Y. Koshkinbayev – Chairman of the Board of Directors, A. Manaenko – member of the Board of Directors, G. Kasymkanova – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• elected: S. Usser – Chairman of the Board of Directors, M. Zankin – member of the Board of Directors, T. Ishmuratov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of YURTA Finance & Investment House JSC consists of three people: S. Usser, M. Zankin, T. Ishmuratov.
