/KASE, February 1, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from February 1, 2023, trading in common shares US4592001014 (sector "KASE Global", IBM_KZ) of IBM corp. (USA) is suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the settlement date of which falls on February 10, 2023 and subsequent dates.

Trading is suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be February 10, 2023.
