/KASE, January 31, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from January 31, 2023, trading in common shares US7475251036 (sector "KASE Global", QCOM_KZ) of QUALCOMM Inc. (USA) is suspended on KASE on repo transactions for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and in trading modes, the settlement date of which falls on March 2, 2023 and subsequent dates.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with sub-item 10) of item 1 of Article 11-2 of KASE's internal document "Regulations on execution of exchange activities" due to receipt by KASE of information that the cut-off date for the specified shares will be March 2, 2023.
