/KASE, December 14, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 13, 2022 decided to include bonds KZ2D00009214 (FNACpp1, $100,000, $220.0 mln, 5 years; semi-annual coupon, 4.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Private company "Finaccord Limited" (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.

The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is December 14, 2022.

These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) FNACpp1.
