Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) has published a book that chronicles the history of Kazakhstan's financial market and the Exchange itself, beginning from its establishment in 1993. This book was created using KASE's archival documents, publicly available resources, and the personal accounts of over 100 professionals from the financial sector.

Originally published in 2018 to commemorate KASE's 25th anniversary, the book presents the evolution of the Exchange and the overall domestic financial market within the framework of significant historical and economic events, starting with the introduction of the national currency. On the eve of the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan's Independence, KASE released a second, updated edition of the book, which highlights the history of KASE and the financial market while also covering key events in the development of the Exchange and the market from 2018 to 2021.
