Principle shareholders composition change

/KASE, August 19, 13/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that Centras Invest 
(earlier KASE principal shareholder owned 91,527 shares - 16.79 %) on February 13, 2013, 
having sold owned KASE shares is no more KASE principal shareholder.

This fact has been documentary confirmed by the extract on principal shareholders received 
by KASE on March 14, 2013.

The sole principal shareholder of the exchange is the National Bank of the Republic of 
Kazakhstan - 74,935 shares (13.75 %).
