Kazakhstan Stock Exchange brought to administrative responsibility

/KASE, May 11, 14/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (hereinafter – the Exchange) 
notifies that by the decision of Almaty City Specialized Inter-district 
Administrative Court # 10-210/14 of April 25, 2014, the Exchange is imposed 
the penalty in the size of 200 MCI. The penalty is imposed for the offense 
stipulated by part 1 of article 179 of Kazakhstan Code on Administrative Offenses 
for development of the falsified financial statements.

This distortion was undeliberate and was related to methodical specifications of 
reflection of data in interim financial statements.
