Bonds of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" of three issues passed listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, February 21, 2025/ – On February 20, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "Mogo Kazakhstan" LLP (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00013444 (1,000 tenge, 2.0 bn tenge; 360 days; monthly coupon, 22.00 % APR; 30/360), ticker – MFMOb18; - KZ2P00013451 ($100, $4.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360), ticker – MFMOb19; - KZ2P00013469 ($100, $4.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00 % APR; 30/360), ticker – MFMOb20. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later. More detailed information on the specified bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2025-02-21]
