Since February 18, trades in ETF securities US81369Y3080 (XLP_KZ) and US81369Y8865 (XLU_KZ) of The Select Sector SPDR Trust suspended on KASE

/KASE, February 18, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that since February 18, 2025 trading in the ETF securities US81369Y3080 (sector "KASE Global", XLP_KZ) and US81369Y8865 (sector "KASE Global", XLU_KZ) of The Select Sector SPDR Trust (USA) on repo transactions in trading modes involving the central counterparty whose settlement date falls on March 24, 2025 and subsequent dates, has been suspended on KASE. Trading was suspended in accordance with sub-item 12) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE's internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" due to the receipt by KASE of information that the record date for said securities is March 24, 2025.
