/KASE, February 11, 2025/ – Kaspi Bank JSC (KASE ticker – CSBN) has
reported the following:

Kaspi Bank has declined the S&P ratings as it is already rated by two other
prominent international rating agencies, Fitch and Moody's, and believes a third
rating is unnecessary. The current credit ratings of Kaspi Bank rank among the
highest of any bank in the country.
In September 2024, Moody's raised Kaspi Bank's long-term ratings in both
national and foreign currencies to investment grade "Baa3" from "Ba1", with a
"Stable" outlook. The long-term rating for bank deposits on the national scale is
A2.kz. Additionally, the baseline creditworthiness assessment of Kaspi Bank was
improved to ba2 from ba3.
Fitch also assigned an investment grade rating of BBB- to Kaspi Bank, along with
a stable outlook in September 2024.
