/KASE, February 7, 2025/ – On February 6, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include "green" bonds KZ2P00010986 ($100,000, $25.0 mln; 3 years; semi-annual coupon, 8.00 % per annum; 30/360) of TechnoGroupService LLP (Zhezkazgan) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The Listing commission decision's effective date will be announced later on. The opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will also be announced later on. The financial consultant and underwriter of TechnoGroupService LLP is SkyBridge Invest JSC. The specified bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) TGSVb1.
