/KASE, January 17, 2025/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated January 6,
2025, consent was granted to inclusion of the proposed issue of "green"
international bonds XS2971950428 (7,644,657,000 tenge; 20.01.25 – 21.01.27;
quarterly coupon, 13.94 % per annum; actual/360) of the Asian Development
Bank in the "Securities of international financial organizations" sector of KASE
official list.
The admission initiator for these bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board is January 16,
2025.
The opening of trading in the said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
The said bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (trading code) ASDBe19.
