/KASE, January 5, 2025/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC (KASE ticker – EXCS) reported the following: quote In accordance with the norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on commodity exchanges, the authorized capital of a commodity exchange that organizes trading in exchange goods must be at least 600,000 MCI, established for the relevant financial year by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the republican budget, of which at least 300,000 MCI in the form of a minimum cash balance in a special bank account of the commodity exchange. Taking into account that for 2025 the MCI is set at 3,932 tenge and in compliance with the requirement for the formation of the authorized capital of "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC, it has decided to issue its shares within the number of authorized shares among an unlimited circle in order to bring them into compliance with the requirements from January 1, 2025.
