As of January 1, common shares KZ1C00014513 (AGRC) of Akbakai Gold Resources will be delisted from KASE at issuer initiative

/KASE, December 24, 2024/ – By a decision of the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated December 24, 2024, common shares KZ1C00014513 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares", AGRC) of Akbakai Gold Resources JSC (Almaty) were delisted from KASE official list. This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on January 1, 2025. This decision was made on the basis of the statement of Akbakai Gold Resources JSC on the voluntary delisting of said shares from KASE official list. The specified shares were included in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market from July 20, 2022. Trading in them was opened from November 1, 2022. [2024-12-24]
