/KASE, November 20, 2024/ – Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated
November 12, 2024.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the annual financial statements (consolidated and separate) of the
fund for 2023;
- to approve the procedure for distributing the fund's consolidated net income
for 2023 in the amount of 1.7 trln tenge:
- to allocate 50.0 billion tenge to the public fund "Qazaqstan Halqyna";
- to leave the undistributed portion of the net income at the disposal of the
fund and its companies to finance investment programs, repay debt
obligations and acquire assets.
