Bonds KZ2P00012578 (MFBLb4) of Birinshi Lombard underwent listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, November 18, 2024/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 18, 2024 decided to include bonds KZ2P00012578 (KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn; 2 years; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % APR; 30/360) of Birinshi Lombard LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The Listing commission decision's effective date will be announced later. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the third one under the first bond program of Birinshi Lombard LLP, registered on December 20, 2022 in the amount of KZT5.0 bn. The financial consultant of Birinshi Lombard LLP is BCC Invest JSC, a subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty). The said bonds were assigned the abbreviation (ticker) MFBLb4.
