Bonds KZ2P00012719 (MFLGb5) and KZ2P00012727 (MFLGb6) of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" pass listing procedure on KASE in "commercial bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, November 7, 2024/ – The Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on November 7, 2024 decided to include the following bonds of Lombard "GoldFinMarket" LLP (Shymkent) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2P00012719 (1,000 tenge, 500.0 million tenge; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360), trading code – MFLGb5; - KZ2P00012727 (1,000 tenge, 500.0 million tenge; 360 days; quarterly coupon, 20.00 % per annum; 30/360), trading code – MFLGb6. The effective date of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. More detailed information on these bond issues will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2024-11-07]
