current shareholder, BOPA (Base of the Pyramid Asia), has made an additional
investment of US$2.0 million.
This strategic investment increases BOPA's stake in ACF to 98.69%, further
underscoring the shareholder's commitment to the company's mission to promote
financial inclusion and sustainable development. With the increased capital, ACF
will be able to expand its operations, strengthen its lending capacity, and
continue providing key financial services to underserved rural communities
