By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of Development Bank of Kazakhstan
JSC, represented by the Management Board of National Managing Holding
Baiterek JSC, on October 2, 2024, the new term of office of the Chairman of the
DBK Management Board, Marat Yelibayev, was determined.
Since March 2022, Marat Yelibayev held the position of Deputy Chairman of the
DBK Management Board. In December 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the
Management Board and a member of the Board of Directors of the DBK.
