Bonds KZ2P00012271 (MFRFb15) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of alternative market

/KASE, September 27, 2024/ – On September 27, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00012271 (KZT1,000, KZT5.0 bn; 3 years, floating monthly coupon, 20.00 % APR as of the circulation start date; 30/360) of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the fourth within the first bond program of Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP, registered on March 15, 2024 in the amount of KZT30.0 bn.
