Bonds KZ2C00012227 (BRKZb40) of Development Bank of Kazakhstan passed listing procedure on KASE in "bonds" category of main market

/KASE, September 27, 2024/ – On September 27, 2024, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00012227 (KZT1,000, KZT40.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement auction; 30/360) of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced later. The issue of these bonds is the seventh within the framework of the 10th bond program of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, registered on October 27, 2023 for a total amount of 500.0 billion tenge. The financial consultant and underwriter of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC is Subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" JSC. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BRKZb40.
