/KASE, September 27, 2024/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
September 12, 2024, M. Yelibayev was appointed the acting Chairman of the
bank's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Development
Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of five persons: M. Yelibayev, V. Li, B.
Abisheva, B. Omarov, A. Sharipov.
