/KASE, September 26, 2024/ – According to KASE's internal document
"Methodology for Determining Liquidity Indicators of Securities", Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) approved the October 2024 lists of first, second and
third liquidity class shares, depositary receipts and securities of investment
funds selected from those listed on KASE (hereinafter – the Securities lists).
The Securities lists were approved by a decision of the Committee for Indices
and Indicators dated September 23, 2024 and generated in order to apply the
norms of KASE's internal documents to the securities contained in them.
The first liquidity class securities list valid from October 1 to October 31,
2024 consists of 59 securities. Compared with the current list of securities of
the first liquidity class, which was formed for September 2024, the list
includes:
1) securities ETF US4642867075 (sector "KASE Global", EWQ_KZ) of iShares
MSCI France ETF;
2) common shares US6745991058 (sector "KASE Global", OXY_KZ) of
Occidental Petroleum Corp.;
3) common shares KZ1C00000165 (KASE main market, category "standard",
BSUL) of Bayan Sulu JSC;
4) common shares KZ1C00001015 (KASE alternative market, sector "shares",
BAST) of BAST JSC;
5) units KZPF00000025 (sector "securities of investment funds", CSECfe) of the
interval unit investment trust (IUIT) "Eurobond Fund" managed by Centras
Securities JSC;
6) securities ETF US78463V1070 ("securities of investment funds" sector,
US_GLD_) of SPDR Gold Shares.
The following securities were removed from the list of the first liquidity
class, which was formed for September 2024:
1) common shares US6541061031 (sector "KASE Global", NKE_KZ) of NIKE,
Inc.;
2) securities ETF US81369Y8865 (sector "KASE Global", XLU_KZ) of The
Select Sector SPDR Trust;
3) common shares US30303M1027 (sector "KASE Global", META_KZ) of Meta
Platforms, Inc.;
4) securities ETF US46090E1038 (sector "KASE Global", QQQ_KZ) of Invesco
QQQ Trust, Series 1;
5) units KZPF00000132 (sector "securities of investment funds", FHJIag) of
IUIT "allGA" managed by First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC.
