/KASE, September 18, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on September 17, 2024
the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to
include bonds KZ2P00012172 (NCOMb4, $100, $10.0 mln; 360 days; semi-
annual coupon 10.00 % APR, 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty) in the
"commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main market.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is September 18,
2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
