/KASE, 13.09.24/ – As previously reported, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) on September 11, 2024 decided to include
KZ2P00011976 (MFTFb4; 1,000 tenge, 5.0 billion tenge; 5 years; semi-annual
coupon, to be determined based on the results of the first auctions for the
placement of bonds; 30/360) bonds of Toyota Financial Services Kazakhstan
MFO LLP (Almaty) to the main bond site in the official list of KASE in the
"bonds" category.
This decision of the Listing commission comes into force on September 13, 2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
